I knew a little kid like that lol. He was on the second floor balcony and would throw and roast people who walked by. He always had something funny to say. Never left the balcony though.

I actually somehow befriended him at one point when I roasted him back and he wouldn't roast me anymore, but kept on throwing things at me.

I remember one time we were playing soccer and our ball fell into their balcony and his mom came out and just popped it with a knife then threw it back at us. Now looking back, I feel really bad for the kid
