Capitals fan here so I'll get us started.

I'm going with Nic Dowd. The man is super consistent, rarely misses a shift and finds a way to impact games more often than a 4th line 'grinder' should.

He's also the only guy on the team who seems to know how to win a faceoff.

For the Habs, I think that Jake Evans deserves more love. He doesn't put a lot of points as a 4th line center, but he has decent playmaking abilities.
