Well now you know someone after 10 years in my industry that only has 3. Nice to meet you. Oregon also has some of the most progressive PTO laws in the country so trying to compare that to someone in, say, Louisiana is going to have some disparity.

Ok so like 1%-2% of Americans have it pretty sweet. That’s totally the same as having a national standard of paid leave above our current “none”. /s
