Well now you know someone after 10 years in my industry that only has 3. Nice to meet you. Oregon also has some of the most progressive PTO laws in the country so trying to compare that to someone in, say, Louisiana is going to have some disparity.
Maybe throw some stats around instead of this asinine anecdotal evidence
