My top dim sum place is Sun Hing, i could live there.

For individual foods, I like the pineapple bun and a dessert I had that was like cheung fan with mango inside and coconut on top, don't know the name.

I'm not in Hong Kong anymore but definitely the classics egg waffles 雞蛋仔, wonton noodles 雲吞麵, curry fish balls 咖哩魚蛋... One i struggle to find even when I still lived there is sugar scallion wrap 糖蔥餅. It's so hard to find.

wow, that sounds good! Will have to keep my eye out for 糖蔥餅. The one i always crave is this one, i love it at sun hing but so hard to find in other cities like london or NYC https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YjcwJNarZU

I am subbed to Bobo's kitchen too! I would've thought it'd be in NYC considering they have the biggest Chinatown.

They might have it in NYC but nowhere i could find and since covid there's barely siu yeh places open so early
