I would suggest the logic for neutral comments be a bit broader than simply "if up==down".
If a post has 51 upvotes and 50 downvotes, it would be counted as positive. So maybe if the votes are with a certain percentage (1-5% ?).
Agree, a 50%.success rate is clearly controversial.
I mean, it has a positive score, that's what I'm after - would it be displayed with a positive vote count or not.
