The Staffordshire Panther: is the British countryside really teeming with big cats? | Cats

No politics please. Don't be a dick.
For years people have been saying there's big cats roaming around the Midlands and North and most sightings have been debunked AF. Shout-out to the one that was just a normal cat chilling. But the fact these rumours has persisted for decades calls into question whether we're just too sceptical and if we really know the land we live upon. A few years ago someone proposed we reintroduce wolves and I thought the idea was good. But if we can have panthers, wolves and hawks, surely ~~we're only one mudslide away from resurrecting Doggerland~~
We're only a few years away from being able to replace drones with owls?!
It's a very exciting time to be British! At least we'll starve to death being surrounded by biodiversity!
