I've loved Hokusai's work since I fell in love with the calming and yet terrifying beauty and detail of the great wave of Kanagawa at a university poster sale. This idea came to me after finally having to throw that print out from the wear and tear of the years;some time after I first made the ultros perler, but before I finished the rest.

I have a similar ~~hokusai~~ (edit: looking it up the painting I'm thinking of is a Hiroshige) meets legend of Zelda idea I've prototyped but it's still missing something I've yet to figure out. Hopefully I'll figure out out now that I can stop thinking about this one being incomplete 😅
