Hey there... I notice that doing side quests earns renown. However, I thought you only had to do renown once? I'm seeing a lot of side quests that I already did on my eternal character. I have to do them again? Just confirming.

Yes. The only carryover afaik are Lilith shrines and main city waypoints.

Edie: in a recent patch they increased rep gain for dungeons and side quests. +10 for 40/30 points, respectively

Thank you! Do you know if we have to do it all again next season? Like you know how we get aspects for the first time through a dungeon? Will all that reset?

Not the person you're replying to, but yes we'll have to redo it all again next season. The only stuff that currently carries over is map exploration and altars (and I haven't seen anything to suggest they're willing to expand it), although I'm really hoping they reconsider that and let it all carry over.

Right on, thank you. It'd be cool if they added new side quests every season, but doing the same ones over and over sounds tedious...

While we're here, may I ask what you've chosen to spend your smoldering ashes on?

I choose XP and Hearts drop rate, you can easily change it with small gold fee if you want to try

I chose the same. There's probably a guide out the with the "correct" answers, but those two made the most sense to me.
