Exactly. Is it too much to ask to see consensual picture shared by age appropriate people on their own volition? I guess this is why we can't have nice things.
Usually its anime girls that are actually older than they appear.
Fun fact, that's a condition that actually occurred to a girl in real life, she looked 12 and visibly didn't hit puberty, she was 20.
By age appropriate, I mean people older than 18. That seems to be the exception rather than the norm.
Most things I've seen were 18+, if only to skirt by the laws. I haven't seen much though so I may be completely off, but that would seem a little illegal otherwise.
