I suspect your HDD is dead or physically damaged, try get a new one and then install a windows
This would also be a good time to switch to an SSD. A 2.5" SATA SSD should fit without any problems. I'd also see if it's possible to do a RAM upgrade. 4GB are not great for Windows 10.
Another comment said about trying to boot off of Linux mint or something, so I'll try that. If it doesn't work, then I'll have to get a new HDD or and SSD
