I have that same stool! No idea where my family got it, but the cat on the right looks about as shocked as I am.
It's from IKEA. I wanted to get a second one for a different room but they no longer sell them in the U.S. as far as I can tell.

That's a shame that they don't sell it there anymore. It's such a solid stool.
