This is a place to motivate each other to control or stop drinking. It is also a place for non drinkers to discuss and share.
We welcome anyone who wishes to join in by asking for advice, sharing our experiences and stories, or just encouraging someone who is trying to quit or cut down.

My kiddo is going through a sleep regression right now. For anyone not familiar with this, that means they've gone from sleeping mostly through the night to waking up anywhere between 1 and 3am and refusing to stay asleep the rest of the night.
I'm tired as all hell and nothing sounds better than a beer (or three) on the deck but I know that it would only make my sleep even worse.
I'm not drinking today
