The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has claimed that ?phone scammers from Ukraine? are forcing Russians to commit sabotage and terrorist attacks.

You'd be surprised. A friend of mine got scammed via phone once, and five years later, *BAM* herpes...

That does sound like the legitimate phone scams I know.
