I feel like the ergonomics of this have changed three times in my 30 something years of existence.

Yeah, but it's all kind of ridiculous, just get a standing desk and never worry about it again

If you have a standing desk, do yourself a favor and get a nice comfy pad to stand on. It makes a WORLD of difference over time.
