D4 Torment Capstone Bug (sh.itjust.works)

I just ran through the capstone dungeon to unlock Tier 4 Torment on my seasonal character and noticed what I assume is a bug. As you progress through the dungeon, you have to clear the two paths that slap a debuff on you that causes you to take more damage and have CC effects last longer for every five seconds you go without killing something.

I was chugging along, and after clearing these and proceeding through the final section before you get to the Echo of Elias, my inventory filled up, so I portaled back to town to sell my stuff and drop gems off in my stash. The debuffs cleared when I got to town, and they didn't come back when I went back to the dungeon. I was able to run the rest of the capstone without these debuffs.

I can only assume this is an error and not intended, but it definitely made things a bit easier.

Pretty sure this is the answer. Completed the dungeon as well and noticed the debuffs drop right before the boss fight.
