Been using Sync for a few days. Love the same experience as the previous one for Reddit. Good good!! However, I am trying to hide all posts submitted by the bot account [email protected] but it does not seem to work.

I use the feature Filters > User filters and added this account [email protected] but posts from this bot is still showing up in my Lemmy stream.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks, my fellow Lemmings!!

Well I’d leave the app if the app wasn’t working at doing that job. That’s what this post is about.

Hello there, could you let me know if you can see this ?

Not sure what you mean or why I'm downvoted. OP says they want to hide posts made by an account in the app. You say to block it in actual Lemmy settings in the webui. I say you can do that in the app as well, don't need to use web UI. That's all.

This post is literally about how it does not work in the app so I don’t know what you are talking about. I was giving them a quick easy work around if it truly isn’t working.

The post is about filtering not working. Blizzard suggested using the block feature instead.

Just tested, and blocking does work.
