Mine is 11, Matt Smith's doctor. Loved his portrayal and the story arcs (especially the ones with River Song)

I don't want to choose! If I must, I'm going with Peter Capaldi. I liked the Pertwee-esqe qualities he exhibited and since Jon Pertwee is the Doctor I started with years ago, Capaldi it is.
