I always buy it for my friends on steam because it's that good. I've been playing Halls of Torment which has been pretty fun as well.

If Halls of Torment gets anywhere near as much content as Vampire Survivors, it will be my favorite Bullet Heaven game. I just love the Diablo 1/2 vibe and the builds. But it's still very early and Vampire Survivors has had so much new content added it's insane.
