My friend, you are on the wrong browser, if you like privacy try Firefox. Also, if you are concerned about people seeing your browsing activity, it’s inevitable if you have to do business online. Recommend checking out Extreme Privacy by Michael Bazzell (spelling??) or the Hitchhiker’s Guide to Anonymity if you’re super concerned. I like my privacy but I’m still installing ublock origin (which reads all my page elements)to keep all those pesky tracking ads away. Doing business online is a give and take, there are ways to mitigate most things but not everything, and good cyber hygiene is the best policy.

Yeah, like I don’t mind if an extensions reads everything if there is a valid reason for it to do so in order to function. It’s more about what it does with that info that I’d be concerned about. Process locally and perform a function? Fine. I just don’t want it phoning home.
