Is Mullvad still a valid option with no port forwarding? I guess if you're only on public trackers and don't care about seeding it's probably fine.
You "can" run torrent without port forward, you get a lot less friction running with one, even on public.
privateinternetaccess has a handfull of nodes that allow port forward, they also have one in switzerland that allows socks proxy.
To add, running without portforward lowers the amount of discoverable peers quite a bit, which usually results in a much lower download speed.
yeah that's the why part of the friction
