Speed bumps shouldn't be so disruptive that you can't go over them at the posted speed without smacking your head on the roof. Example if the limit is 25mph, you shouldn't need to slow to 5mph to go over it. It enrages me.

And shouldn't be so tall that you need a winch to get over them without trashing the bottom of your car like the new ones near to where I live.
