But if you're doing to say something so hyperbolic next time, maybe drop the "no offense but" and own it.
It's like saying "no offense BUT YOU SUCK!", and that sounds tacky.
Now please go back to reddit.
I was serious when I wrote "no offense" as I didn't meant to offend you. Then i wrote "it sounds" to implies that I don't think that it is what you were saying but my interpretation of it and at the end I wrote that emoji to bring across that it was meant in jest.
As you wrote yourself its hyperbolic. we don't know each other so its fair to interpret it as an attack but it was not meant that way.
If I hurt your feelings I am sorry that wasn't what I was going for. If I was I would tell you that straight.
