Alright, uwian na. Wala naman palang issue eh.

Wala ring issue about double-standards. It's from the MTRCB chair themself, the daughter of the people in question. Nothing to see here.

The correct response here would be to either recuse herself from answering or say that if someone raises a formal complaint then they would look into it.

Irrelevant naman kasi if that's normal in their household. That's like saying if you slap your spouse in the butt at home then do that on TV, it's perfectly fine.

Expecting delicadeza from our government officials is kinda old-fashioned.

Sorry, I can't help being sarcastic. I agree with you on both points though.

First of all, It's not good for her to make such a statement (publicly) since it'd reflect on her being the MTRCB chair whether she intends it or not, whether she likes it or not.

Secondly, it is irrelevant as you've pointed out. Whether or not it is normal in their household isn't what matters here but whether or not it is the standard that the MTRCB holds for lewdness, and judges TV shows and movies against.
