I currently pay 70$ a month for residential 50/50 Ziply fiber internet in Oregon. On the ziply website it says it would be 50$ a month for 100/100 small business fiber. Would that let me get a static IP, port 25 unblocked and reverse dns? Are there any strings attached as it seems strange for small business internet to be cheaper than residential?

I know the Ziply 10Gb home plan includes a static IP. Not sure what the requirements are on the business plans, but I recall comments from users in the past about their business plans, so I don't think there are any restrictions, just lower speeds for the equally priced home plan.

You should certainly contact the customer support anyway, since at the very least you should be upgraded to the 300/300 plan for $60/month or 1000/1000 for $80. Mostly just depends on which is the highest priority, higher speed with the home plan or static IP with the business plan.
