Hey homie, this feels out of my league, but I want you to know that I did read it and I am concerned for you.
Are these encounters thoughts you're having, or situations you're finding yourself in?
If you're finding yourself in the middle of situations with no memory of how you got there, that sounds serious enough to warrant a professional, if possible.
I sometimes find, when I have issues with persistent negative ideation (not the same thing at all, and maybe not relevant), that it's linked to my lack of sleep or stress levels. Idk if that's helpful.

I thought the same thing, but a lot of these happened after a goodnight of sleep, stress free.
