Never heard of this and it looks amazing. Can you post the recipe you used please?
It's from an anime! You can watch the original scene here, or give the Babish version a try. Mine is basically the same except I basted mine with the pan sauce while it cooked so it got that shiny glazed look.
I'm glad the description of that video is on the nose.
I thought I was getting mandela effected that Babish was always asian and looked/sounded like that 😂
