This was before I got on Lithium, since then I've been completely stable. But looking back at these graphs it's quite frightening

I didn't have bipolar disorder but I had depression some years ago and used the same app.

My graphs actually looked quite simelar but with the most days feeling neutral or bad. But I had the same sudden downs.

The sudden downs (and ups) are really frightening. Because you know that nothing happened to trigger it, and it's really just your biology fucking around

Here's another 3 months of stats.

Rapid cycling like crazy
