I've felt pretty good this week mental health wise, so I'm taking that as a win. Glad the sunshine is finally upon us, even if it does turn the country into a special kind of sweaty hell. It's our sweaty hell.

I sympathise on the mental health front. I've had my own struggles for a long while, but today has been a good week relatively speaking like yours. I hope you keep up the good fight, and enjoy the sweaty hell :)
