As someone who has grown up with this "help the planet do your part" messaging and remember when the hole in the ozone layer was a big deal (it's not anymore, because we made global changes. I'm not saying it was bogus) I'm kind of fucking tired of the responsibility and shame being put on the individual, like we have to feel guilty if we leave a light on in an empty room or forgot to bring our reusable bags, but corporations all over the world aren't doing SHIT. I want THEM to fucking change too.
