Between this and the likely Henderson sale it looks likely we've sold enough to finance a striker, the difference between selling elanga or not could be pretty huge for our season.
Agreed. If we can get between 30-35m from Elanga and Henderson that would be enough to buy Hojlund.
If the reported budget of 120-130m is true, we would realistically have up to 165m after selling Elanga and Henderson.
Deduct 105 (Mount 55m + Onana 50m) from that 165m, we would have 60m to spend on Hojlund.
Once we sell Fred, McGuire we can focus on getting a #4 CB and another backup midfielder.
I thought we had 100m to spend? Either way I hope you are right with the reported budget. Regardless even if our budget was 100m, our sales would be enough to to get a striker in
Genuinely feels like it's becoming one of our best transfer windows in a long time. Good work coming in and out.
Definitely. I hope we’re able to move one midfielder, Maquire, and pick up one backup CB. Potentially Evans.
One more attacker (in addition to Hojlund) would be nice too. But that’s probably unrealistic.
