Make sure to leave bad review specifically about those services being bad and poor quality.
But if they are not, it's sad. You should put bad reviews with other real reasons.
If you put random political reason unrelated to the app/service, they can remove it. So be extremely critical about their app and services only, have some high standards in what you expect from such services for the free usage data they "steal" from you.
