Yeah, I know at least a few others that have uploaded their closed source code to Codeberg not knowing about the content disclaimer. Not sure how enforceable it is, but it's definitively not something most people would ignore if they knew about it, especially in the context of a company.

Also we don't have any issue with sharing the name of our company ("Offcenit AS"), just be aware that we have been working on the relevant information from back to front and it's not fully available yet, we currently have https://alkemi.no for our cluster setup and documentation, but we are still working on completely redesigning our company website and make it available in English. You can read a bit about the principles we try to work by on alkemi.no but just as a bit of background about the company itself; we started back in 2017, everyone in the company own equal shares and ownership in the company. We try to stay as a smaller entity with as little overhead as possible - everyone has all the skills required to step in to do any tasks of someone else in the company, that includes anything from the business side of things to developing and hosting, though we all specialise a bit differently and have our own niches. We also try to be as open as possible with how we work, and we do this through dogfeeding, not just the in things we develop but also by sharing documents that would usually be kept more internal to a company. Other than that a lot of our marketing is through word of mouth, but we've been working on becoming a bit more public recently.
