I don't understand. What is the hoodie? I can't really read the letters. Just looks like generic anime girls.
I found it, it's hololive advent, gen 3 of hololive's EN vtubers. Fuwamoco from this generation won vtubers of the year so they're pretty popular at the moment.
The hoodie itself is from omocat, I actually have a few of their designs myself. Here is a link.
Knowing that context the girl may actually be making fun of Anon.

I can see Biboo, Shiori and Nerissa, so it must be Hololive merch. Maybe it says "Holo Advent", Advent is the name of the group those three are in.
