TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Israel said Sunday it is stopping the entry of all goods and supplies into the Gaza Strip and warned of “additional consequences” if Hamas does not accept a new proposal for an extension of the ceasefire.

That was a somewhat plausible argument to make before October 7th 2023.

Now nobody denies Israel is occupying Gaza. There is open talk in Israeli politics about occupying it for year.

Yet they don't acknowledge the legal obligations that come with being an occupation force. Obligations like allowing humanitarian aid.
