When we played AD&D II back then, one of our DMs had special rules for every cleric depending on his/her deity. Clerics of Corellion could change gender at will. Which lead to a funny situation: The cleric had a really clever idea, and someone asked him how. The cleric changed to female, said "female intuition", and changed back...
