Third parties already exist; you don't need to make ine from scratch. That aside, I know it's impossible to contest federal office in 24 months, but you can have people enter local—and if things go well state—elections.

Wait what? Where did I say I was American? I, a very non-American guy, still know it's impossible to go from nothing to contesting federal elections in 2 years.
