Yeah there are some good car parts made here, but then they get installed in the worst designs and build quality since 1970s Britain.

You mean Ford and Holden (GM)? I love the idea of utes, especially instead of to dozers we have in the US, but their cars mostly 1960s evolved tech, until they started sticking Japanese motors in some of the Holdens in the 90s.

Yeah, I’ve seen lots of Mighty Car Mods and Skid Factory about them, in the US LS engines make too much sense to bother with a L6 of any kind.
