Hackers breached HUD HQ, airing an AI video of Trump kissing Elon’s feet with the message “LONG LIVE THE REAL KING.” Staff had to unplug TVs to stop it.

It'd be an interesting precedent if they go through with this, then Trump eggs it on and allows the arrests solely because it's targeting Biden.

It would mean they could, by precedent, go after US politicians in general once they are out of office.
