Sending troops to a Nicargua in 123 years ago led to the US becoming the most successful country in the world? Trade with Nicargua was like 0.00000000000000001% of our economy. And its not just economics that make the US the most successful country in the world. That is just one thing out of many.
I know that you think I'm trying to brag when I use the phrase "most successful country". The real reason I use that term is as a matter of fact reality check to counter Kremlin propaganda. I'm not claiming I am superior to you because I'm American. And I certainly don't think that Americans are better off than Europeans in every way. I know for sure that is not true.
Then how come we never got out $13 billion + interest back? How come the US had a great economy in the 1950s even though we hardly traded at all with other countries? We actually had a much better economy when we traded LESS.
That may have been the eventual result but it was not what our constitution was for. Military power was the RESULT of economic success, not the cause LOL.
That didn't happen, except possibly in Chile. The Shah of Iran came to power in 1941, not 1953. His dynasty was installed by the BRITISH, not Americans.
