I'm on both stims and antidepressants. Your doc will know which ones are ok to pair together. And it may take you some trial and error to find a combo that works for you.
As for news affecting mental health...well, I limit my intake. Significantly. And had to have repeated conversations with my SO to not talk about it with me.
Thank you. I hope there's not too much trial and error as just getting on the sertraline was awful at first.
