Can they go 12 months without issuing one of these apology posts to the community? I'm sure they have a template for them, because they all read the same.

Here is a long section acknowledging what we did wrong and stating your concerns in a way that shows we listen.

Here is the reason for the mistake. We've learned from this.

It's cool that fally riots actually work though. At least Jagex is responsive and incompetent instead of just incompetent.
