Uh...so who's winning?
That's a bit of a weird question, nobody is really "winning" in this war.
But Russia thought they could take Ukraine in 3 weeks, the most arrogant Russians even claimed 3 days.
So Ukraine just holding for 3 years can be seen as a pretty big victory by comparison to that.
But the cost to Ukraine have been huge and are completely undeserved.
Ukraine will hopefully win this war in the end, but one thing is certain Russia cannot really win it ever.
If they manage to take Ukraine, Russia will be forever sanctioned by the west, and Russia will be considered forever an enemy of Europe. so the Russian economy will suffer long term either way. Only pulling back will open for a normalization process that will still take a loooong time.
So Russia is definitely losing no matter how the war ends.
Everybody would have been better off without this war.
