For those unfamiliar with the individual. He's a shockjock straight from the 1980's wrapped up in a modern skin with a co-host who merrily participates in the vilest possible utterances that the pair of them can dream up. All in the name of good clean fun .. and ratings, don't forget the ratings .. or the money .. lots and lots of money.

The regulator has slapped a wet fish across their broadcaster many times and as a surprise to nobody, nothing changes.
