Didn’t NT 3.x or 4.x run on a RISC CPU back in the day?
Alpha, yes, and modern Windows has been ported to ARM.
And MIPS too. NT 3.1, 3.5, 4.0 all saw MIPS, Alpha, and x86 releases.
