why am i having trouble creating a community? (lemmy.ml)

I have been using the website and instance Lemmy.ml to make a community but every time I presstehe create button it just gives an unending loading animation. Am i doing something wrong?

Both I think? I wasn't able to make a community on lemmy.ml either but could on lemmy.world.
