You make an interesting point. And from the another comment quoting the article: "This probably happened because recently there were works on blasting ice in the area during the practice of a simulated accident on a ship." A little bit of soften the ice with explosives, and a little bit of drive to fucking fast with a heavy piece of equipment on that ice. smh.
