Don't worry, Donnie is working to change this. Can't have these emissions going low too fast!

The US is responsible for about 20% of global oil consumption. Even if the US increases its oil usage, global consumption could still decrease.

It may still drop if gas prices spike and tariffs reduce demand. Probably wishful thinking.
