I'm grateful to be parenting an ADHD kid in a time when there are some resources and ways to help, and that we actually recognize it's an issue at all.

Though it does make me immediately paranoid about the things we don't know, and what parents in the future will drench me in pity for not knowing.

Pompous bastards.
