I speak only Engilsh and get this as a question I head back to the listing to see why the hell this is, and I see this :

Why in the United States working in the state of Oklahoma do I have to learn spanish? The town I live in does not have a spanish community. There no reason for this at all. They wonder why we have huge mega crowds in our towns it stuff like this that makes them angry.

The job probably requires to communicate with companies or customers in other countries and it's more easy, if you can do it in person than referring it to someone else who can do it, instead.

That makes sense. Forget most parts come from overseas (thanks Trump his tariffs are about to fuck us there)

But this job is for delivery driver. Also I seen this job posted before, it never required this before.
